A letter to all customers, partners and supporters of Isansys

Dear friends,

At these difficult and extraordinary times, we are all affected in one way or another by the Covid-19 pandemic. Our common and shared humanity is starkly illuminated and how we respond and act today will define us as individuals, communities and nations for generations to come.

At Isansys our thoughts and sympathies are with those individuals and families who may already be ill with Covid-19 and our mission is to help the doctors, nurses and medical support teams in their courageous fight to save lives and reduce the worst effects of the pandemic.

As a supplier of vital medical equipment it is imperative that we keep working. We have taken steps to protect our manufacturing team, secure stocks and supply lines, and enable remote working for our engineering, regulatory and customer support teams. Our aim is to provide seamless cover and we will be working with you so that equipment is delivered, installed and operational as quickly as possible.

We are seeing a surge in orders for our leading product, the Patient Status Engine (PSE), as hospitals deploy it to rapidly increase capacity and numbers of higher dependency beds, isolation wards, monitor ventilated patients and use it to provide high grade monitoring of patients at home or other locations outside the hospital itself. We are working with partners and suppliers to enable us to scale quickly and are confident that we can meet the current demand and have plans to further increase our own production capacity.

These are unprecedented times and at Isansys we will continue to do our best and pursue our mission to provide advanced patient monitoring capability for clinical teams throughout the world. We are simply, all in this together.
